1 roll pork sausage
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup hashbrown potatoes, thawed
3T. each diced red or yellow pepper OR thin sliced green onions
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 T. milk
1/2 t. salt AND 1/2 t. pepper
* Preheat oven to 375.
*In large skillet, brown sausage over medium high heat until no longer pink.
* Separate rolls into 8 triangles; place into lightly greased 12" rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together, sealing perforations, making a circle 1" bigger than pan bottom. Turn edges under to make a slight rim.
*Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust; top with veggies, if desired and sharp cheese.
* Stir together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour evenly over pizza.
*Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
*Bake 20 minutes, until crust is golden and eggs are set.
